Our garden rooms are built on an engineered steel superstructure with galvanised steel lined framework offering superior strength and longevity over many timber-based garden rooms. Additional advantages of our steel construction method are the requirement for only small pad foundations and the ability to locate the non-combustible building close to garden boundaries, therefore maximising space. The insulated steel-clad external wall and roof panels are highly resistant to weathering and require little or no maintenance. The integrated thermal insulation in the walls, floors and ceilings allows the garden room to be enjoyed comfortably all year round.

It doesn't have to be square. We can build your room asymmetrically to fit any corner of your garden without wasting space.
Our complete steel and glass structure ensures the buildings are hermetically sealed, resistant to the elements and impenetrable to wood boring pests and not affected by damp, rot, mildew or mould.
Locally manufactured and pre-assembled, the units are then packed in sections for quick site installation.

Ken and James were a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too hard to tackle and they communicated well throughout the design process and onsite during installation. They helped us from start to finish, as they handled everything from ground works, electrics, internal fitings and built landscaped terracing up to the room from the house.

Access wasn’t easy, as our room is located at the top of a steep back garden, to take advantage of the views, but this wasn’t a problem as they brought everything up a local dirt track and across a neighbour's field. It is my design studio that I use throughout the year. The little electric wall heater keeps me snug in the winter and in the summer I throw the doors open for ventilation, which feels like I’m working outside! The separation from our family home is perfect for me to focus, undisturbed in the beauty of my own garden
